Pets & Friends which was purchased by a Nottingham based family business in August have announced investment in it’s Gamston site, opposite Morrisons.
Pets & Friends with stores in Mansfield, Hucknall, Sutton in Ashfield, Heanor, Gamston, Mapperley, Alvaston, Chaddesden, Wollaton & Littleover were sold to a Nottingham based family business with over 50 years’ experience in pet products in August.
The successful pet stores and grooming salon in Gamston will continue to operate as Pets & Friends but will received investment in new décor, products and more with the store expected to be complete on November 9th 2024.
Store Manager Chrissie Muir said: “We’re pleased to be the first Pets & Friends store to receive a revamp, from a new look and feel to new products we’re sure customers and their pets will be happy with the latest changes ins tore”
She continued “from free harness fitting to personalised nutrition plans and weight checks our team members are always happy to help find the right products for your pet”
The Gamston store also features a Pets Parlour spa and grooming which provides grooming services for all pets from dogs to cats and small animals with customers now able to book both in store and online;
Pets are always welcome in store, with free samples often available.
