Lintbells – Home of YuMOVE – the UK’s number one joint supplement for dogs and cats, has agreed to be acquired by Vetnique Labs – a globally recognised, U.S. based pet supplement manufacturer – backed by Gryphon investors (“Gryphon”), a leading middle-market private equity firm based in San Francisco.
Lintbells, founded almost 20 years ago in Herts., UK, and backed by London-based private equity investor Inflexion since 2017, is on a mission to make life-changing differences to cats and dogs around the world through scientifically backed supplements. Best known for its joint range, YuMOVE – the UK’s no. 1 vet joint supplement brand* - the company achieved B Corp status in 2023 – a distinction recognising its high standards in ESG – and won its 3rd King’s Award for Enterprise.
Vetnique Labs is a leading pet health and wellness company based in Naperville, Illinois, and is best known for its Glandex brand, North America’s no 1. solution for anal gland disease. The company has a mission to help pets lead healthier and happier lives through unique, scientifically backed products – including a wide range of vet-founded, vet-formulated and vet-recommended products.
Founded on the shared principle of putting pets first, and developing superior products that make a real difference, Lintbells and Vetnique have already established a common vision to touch as many lives as possible through their highly efficacious, veterinary endorsed products around the world.

Vetnique founder James Bascharon, DVM will remain CEO of Vetnique, with responsibility for North America operations. Fiona Hope will continue to serve as CEO of Lintbells, with responsibility for the U.K., Europe, and the rest of the world.
