J&K Aquatics is excited to announce that they will be launching a brand-new e-commerce website on the 31st of March 2022!

Latest news from J&K Aquatics.

After pioneering online ordering in the aquatics wholesale industry back in 2001, J&K Aquatics will be taking their next big leap forward with a new e-commerce website.

In addition to a brighter, cleaner look, the new websites will be easier to navigate and offer more functionality to J&K’s customers including:

• Detailed account/order information

• Automated order confirmations and reminders

• Bulk CSV order and Quick order forms

• A powerful new search function

There will also be a brand-new learning centre, featuring FAQs, useful resources, as well as a library of J&K Aquatics’ newsletters, catalogues, fish lists and much more!

In addition, for the first time, there will also be a dedicated website for J&K Aquatics’ customers in the Republic of Ireland. This not only simplifies the complex import processes for J&K Aquatics’ Irish customers, but it will also allow J&K Aquatics’ Irish customers to have a better experience when ordering, as well as access to more products and ranges than ever before.

J&K Aquatics can’t wait for their customers to start using the new websites, and will be in touch over the next month with plenty of information, how-to guides and more ahead of the launch.

About J&K Aquatics:

J&K Aquatics was formed in 1984, by Paul and Judy James, initially as a part time venture with a small retail shop in Wellington. Over the intervening years they have built the company into the UK’s largest wholesalers of aquatic dry goods and fish, serving the whole of the UK and RoI.

In 2013 J&K Aquatics moved to a 2.3-acre site with a purpose-built warehouse, fish house and office facilities, just off the motorway at junction 24, North Petherton. J&K Aquatics aim to provide a complete aquatic service, offering their customers access to a comprehensive selection of core brands and commodity items covered by their Betta range, as well as specialist lines imported from around the world.

They have created a one-stop shop for all aquatic needs, offering quality fish and plants, as well as dry goods. All of this is backed up by our competitive pricing and the highest standards of service and support.
